Action Teams

The Continuum of Learning is organized in three action teams. Each action team is comprised of community members and interested parties for various stages of the Continuum of Learning.

Action Team 1: To have all children ready to learn

Action Team 2: To have students acquiring skills to learn and preparing for a career path or post-secondary education
Starting Out
Grades K-5
Getting Ready
Grades 6-12

Action Team 3: To have students prepared for occupations important to Sangamon County's economy
